Our Code of Conduct – Living Our Values, Taking Responsibility

The Code of Conduct serves as a guideline for all employees and business partners of the MEDICE Health Family. It defines the fundamental principles in line with the company’s values that guide our daily actions and creates clarity regarding the behaviours that are expected. At the same time, it protects our corporate culture by establishing a common ethical standard that ensures integrity, fairness and transparency.

The key contents of the Code of Conduct

Our conduct in business. Integrity and ethical behaviour are the foundation of trusting collaboration with our colleagues and business partners.

The quality of our products and patient safety are our highest priorities. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in every step of our actions and to continuously striving for improvement.

5. Openness and responsibility: Our speak-up culture
The importance of open communication encourages employees to raise concerns and contribute to problem-solving. A safe environment promotes integrity and respectful interaction within the company.
